Enquiry and qualification flow data: your name, email address, phone number, company name, postcode, and details about your cleaning requirements — submitted through our qualification flow or contact forms.
Careers application data: your name, email address, phone number, role interest, experience level, and DBS status — submitted through our careers application form.
Analytics data: anonymised data about how you use this website, collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (see the Cookies section below).

We do not collect payment card information through this website.

Resend — email delivery service used to send and receive enquiry emails. Data processed in the EU.
Vercel — website hosting provider. Data processed in the USA under standard contractual clauses.
Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Data processed in the USA under standard contractual clauses. Analytics data is anonymised before transmission.
Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmap analytics. Data processed in the USA under standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep your information

Enquiry data: retained for up to 2 years from your last interaction with us, unless you request deletion.
Client contract data: retained for the duration of the contract plus 6 years (in line with UK limitation periods for contract disputes).
Job application data: retained for 6 months where unsuccessful; incorporated into employment records where an offer is made.
Google Analytics data: retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default).
Microsoft Clarity data: retained for 30 days (Microsoft Clarity default).

Your rights under UK GDPR
